Why am I receiving notifications about new surveys, and when I access my account, I can't find anything?

We send notifications to remind you to review surveys available in QueOpinas. The goal is to help you answer the most surveys possible so that you can earn more points. But if you want to disable notifications, you can go to 'Settings' (gear icon) of your account, click 'Disable email notification', and follow the instructions.

 

Also, if you receive survey notifications and after you log in to your account you cannot find them, it could be because:

 

1. The surveys are no longer available because they have reached a sufficient number of responses. Therefore, they are closed.

2. The survey can only be answered through a specific device (computer, tablet, or cell phone).

 

If you don't have the device needed to take a survey, don't worry. As soon as we have new surveys, we'll notify you again!
