I completed or tried completing a survey. Why do I still see it as available?

There are two main reasons why surveys you've already answered or attempted might continue to appear in your panel: 

  • Incomplete Surveys: If a survey still appears in your panel even though you've already participated, it's likely that you left it incomplete. Make sure to click the "Submit/Finish" button on the last screen of the survey to ensure that your response is recorded. If you can't find the survey, it may have expired or you may have been disqualified. 
  • Single-Access Surveys: Some surveys can only be accessed once. If you've already started the survey and left it incomplete, you won't be able to access it again, even if it's still available on your main panel. 


Remember: Click the "Submit/Finish" button when you complete the survey.
