Why don't I have new surveys available?

If you click the "Refresh" button and no new surveys appear on your homepage, it means that we don't have any new surveys available that match your profile at this time. 


But don't worry! The frequency of surveys varies, and several factors can influence the availability of new surveys for you: 

  • Partner needs: The number of active surveys varies depending on the needs of our clients. At times, there may be a smaller number of surveys available. 
  • Your profile: Surveys are targeted to participants with specific characteristics. If you don't fit the profile of a survey, it won't appear for you. 
  • Peak demand times: During certain times of the year, such as holidays or commemorative dates, the demand for surveys may increase, which means you may receive more opportunities to participate. 
  • Participant limit: When a survey reaches the maximum number of participants, it closes and is no longer available.
