If you face any technical issues during a survey, please message our support team by clicking on 'Send message' or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Send as much information as you can. Things like the investigation number (found at the beginning of a survey or in its email invitation), the date of participation, the subject of the survey, and a screenshot of the error.
