I completed a survey. Where do I see my points?

Every time you successfully complete a survey on QueOpinas, you will receive a “Thank You” message showing you the number of points you have earned. Your score will be automatically updated on the main page of the app and in your activity history. 


How to view your survey history? 

  1. Access your account: Log in to your QueOpinas account. 
  2. Go to your history:  
    • App: Click on the redemption icon (a trophy) in the lower left corner of the screen. 
    • Website: Click on the redemption icon (a coin) in the upper left corner of the screen.
  3. Find your survey: In the "Activity History" section, search for the number of the survey you want to check.  
    • Note: Surveys are ordered by reference number, not by date.


Remember to refresh the page after completing each survey. 


In the case of qualitative surveys, point accreditation may take a few days. A profile survey has been completed, the points will be added to your balance, but will not appear in your activity history.
