How do I know that I have completed a survey correctly?

Upon successful completion of a survey, you will receive a “Thank You” message from QueOpinas. This message will inform you of the number of points that will be credited to your balance. 


Additional verification

If you did not receive the “Thank You” message, check if you clicked the "Submit/Finish" button available on some surveys on the last screen of the questionnaire. It is important to complete all stages of the survey for your participation to be recorded. 

If the survey is not completed or your participation is disqualified, the points will not be sent to your account.
