My QueOpinas account has been deactivated. Why?

There are several reasons why your QueOpinas account may have been deactivated:

  • Participation requirements: You may no longer meet the requirements to be part of our panel. QueOpinas accepts participants over 13 years of age who meet the criteria defined during the registration process.
  • Breach of Terms of Use: Your account may have been deactivated if you did not comply with our Terms of Use. For example, we do not allow having more than one account per person, and if you violated any of our rules, your account could be deactivated. We recommend reviewing our Terms of Use to learn more about them. https://www.queopinas.com/policies/terms
  • Prolonged inactivity: If you have not logged into your account or participated in surveys for an extended period, it may have been automatically deactivated.
  • Accidental cancellation: Perhaps you deleted your account by mistake? Don't worry! You can request the reactivation of your account by contacting our support team by clicking on "New Support Ticket" or sending an email to support@queopinas.com.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, we are here for you. Our team is committed to providing you with the best experience on QueOpinas.
