Why don't I have new surveys available?

If you click the Refresh button and see no new surveys on your home page, it means that there are no surveys available at that time. Keep in mind that survey availability will vary and that some days are busier than others.

Also, you won't see surveys on your dashboard when:

  1. You complete them successfully;
  2. You are not qualified;
  3. It closes for all participants. That is, when the survey reaches the maximum number of completed entries;
  4. Surveys are paused to check progress or correct any errors. In this case, the survey will reappear on your home page as soon as it is activated again.
