Account deactivation can happen due to a number of reasons:
1. You may not have qualified to join our panel. The minimum age required to be a QueOpinas member is 13.
2. You may have failed to comply with our terms of use. For example, we do not accept more than one registration per person, and we deactivate these duplicate accounts to preserve the integrity of our community. Please see our 'Terms of Use' for more information.
3. You may have accidentally closed your account. If that happened, please contact our Support Team by clicking on 'Send message' or by emailing support@queopinas.com, requesting your account reactivation.
